Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are a Flat Rate of $7.99- $9.99.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery’s progress.
Note on Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, holidays).
Address Accuracy:
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly. with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order.
Order Issues on Our End:
If there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, a defect, or something that was our mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at bovelldesign.studio@gmail.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation by either issuing a refund or sending the correct item at no extra charge to you.
