1. What types of custom apparel do you offer? We offer a variety of custom apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and hats. All items can be personalized with unique designs, colors, and logos.
2. How do I place a custom order? To place a custom order, simply choose your apparel item, select your preferred size and color, and upload your design or logo. If you need assistance with creating a design, feel free to contact us!
3. Can I choose my own colors for the apparel? Yes! While we have standard color options for each item, we also offer custom color choices for most products. Keep in mind that some colors may have limited availability depending on the item.
4. How long will it take to receive my custom order? Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
5. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed? Once an order is submitted, we begin production as soon as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
6. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective product? We’re committed to quality! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product. We’ll work with you to make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
7. Do you offer bulk orders for schools or businesses? Yes, we offer bulk pricing for schools, businesses, and events! Please contact us for a custom quote based on your order size and needs.
8. Are there any restrictions on when my custom apparel can be worn at school? Some custom apparel may not match the school’s uniform colors. If your item does not match, we ask that it be worn on the special Fridays and for Spirit Day.
9. What sizes do you offer? We offer a wide range of sizes, from youth to adult XL, and we also have extended sizing for some styles. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for more details.
10. How do I care for my custom apparel? To ensure your custom apparel lasts, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and air-drying them. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, and don’t iron directly over the design.
11. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we are looking to expand our shipping options soon. Stay tuned for updates!
